Remodeled and equipped to the highest standard this is one of the best two bedroom two bathroom gulf facing penthouses in the Pointe Santo complex, just 50 feet from the sea. Fully air conditioned and each room, including the kitchen, has a ceiling fan. All you see when you look out of the floor to ceiling windows is the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and palm trees. A spiral staircase connects the screened lanai to the private sundeck. 3 Smart TVs including a new 65" OLED 4K TV in the living room and Xfinity with a surround sound system, DVR, NETFLIX, HBOMax, etc, with high speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo. For your convenience, the front door is fitted with a keyless entry electronic lock with your unique code.

Right on the beach so the views from Lanai and rooftop were amazing. Mid island with many restaurants a few minutes away. Pointe Santo has a beautiful lake in center of buildings too. Well worth staying here!"

Plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a full size new washer and dryer as well. Easy access to the elevator and a quick walk to the beautiful beach! You will need to bring or rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you want them. Beach towels were in the unit. The owner, David, was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely return to this condo on future trips to Sanibel."
